Edmond Spratt & Son was founded in 1938 by Edmond and Ita Spratt to become County Waterford’s leading estate agent. Spratt Property Partners represent Property Partners in mid and west Co. Waterford. With almost 70 years experience in Co. Waterford and
the South East, Spratt Property Partners is regularly retained to advise local and national public authorities, semi-state organizations, national and international companies in addition to the company’s extensive private client base. The company employs seven people at their office in Dungarven, Co. Waterford. Spratts’ have implemented a sales management system built on Sage CRM to support their company’s growth and to address the customer relationship side of the business.
